LISTEN
Audioscript: "The green jacket"
ASSISTANT Hello. Can I help you?
CUSTOMER Yes - two things, actually. First, I'd like to take these trousers back. I bought them in the sales last week, but they don't fit me. They're too long.
ASSISTANT No problem. Have you got the receipt?
CUSTOMER Yes, here - it's in the shopping bag.
ASSISTANT Great. And the second thing?
CUSTOMER This jacket. Can I try it on?
ASSISTANT Of course. What size are you?
CUSTOMER A medium, I think.
ASSISTANT The changing rooms are over there, behind the shelves.
LISTEN (continued)
...a minute later
ASSISTANT How was it?
CUSTOMER Hmm. It fits me - it's the right size - but I'm not sure about the colour.
ASSISTANT Honestly? That green really suits you.
CUSTOMER You say that to all the customers!
ASSISTANT Only the ones in green... The till is over here - or you can use the self-service checkout by the door.
CUSTOMER The till, please. Machines hate me.
